Bardstown Bourbon Company is the epitome of modern Kentucky bourbon. They built their unique glass-walled distillery in 2016 and have since introduced several innovative series and collaborations.
The Discovery Series is selected by a vote of distillery team members. The Collaborative Series bottle features a partnership with Goose Island, craft brewers who provide the Bourbon County stout barrels for secondary aging. The Origin Series explores a full range of bourbon mash bills, while the Stave Finish is a uniquely finished distillery-only bottle.
