In 2013, Glenns Creek Distilling began operations in part of the former Old Crow Distillery. These bourbons harken back to that earlier era. A-Maizing-Ing C.O.B. is a nod to the roots of the bourbon industry, a corn only bourbon. Modern bourbon law sets a mash bill minimum of at least 51% corn, but this bottle goes all the way to 100%, a rarity in bourbon today. The Swheat Bourbon adds wheat to the mash bill, with the name reminding you that wheat gives you sweet.
